The following Terms & Conditions apply to all booking.
We kindly ask you to take a moment to read them prior to make a booking.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount will be charged for booking.
Remaining payment will be done upon arrival before occupation of the room.

Cancellation Policy and No shows for booking less than 3 rooms:
Cancellation can be done 48 hours prior to arrival.
Past the 48 hour cancellation period, 50% deposit of the total amount will be retained.

Cancellation Policy and No Shows for booking more than 3 rooms:
- Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival will not incur charges.
- Cancellation between 20-30 days prior to arrival will result in a fee of 40% of the price per night and 20% of prepaid meals.
- Cancellation between 9-19 days prior to arrival will result in a fee of 60% of the price per night and 40% of prepaid meals.
- Cancellation between 0- 8 days before the arrival date will result in a fee of 80% of the price per night and 60% of prepaid meals.
